✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door – guests will be provided with a code before check-in.

✹ The primary renter must be 25 years old and above.

✹ The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.

✹ Early check-ins (before 4PM) and late checkouts (after 10AM) may be accommodated, subject to fees and availability. Please submit requests at least 24 hours in advance.

✹ A 7-night minimum stay applies to reservations over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve and must cover the following dates: December 19th to 26th or December 26th to January 1st (+/- 1 day). Please contact the host before making your reservation.

✹ As with all properties managed by Dreamscape Properties, Sunset Ridge is located in a high-end quiet neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighborhood, and neighbors.

✹ Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

✹ Guests must complete a guest rental agreement as well as provide a copy of their ID before booking is accepted.
